Apple Music Classical Now Available in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan

The standalone app Apple Music Classical is now available in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Apple Music Classical features hundreds of curated playlists, thousands of exclusive recordings, insightful composer biographies, deep-dive guides for many key works, intuitive browsing features, and more. The creators are continuing to work closely with classical music artists and renowned classical music institutions offer up to date content and recordings. Listeners will also enjoy brand-new, exclusive artwork, including a series of digital portraits and commissioned image blends from classical period.

So far the app has official partnerships with Houston Grand Opera and the Salzburg Festival.

Apple Music Classical was officially launched in March of last year, following Apple’s acquisition of Primephonic in 2021.
