
Cutting Edge Concerts to Present ‘Poets of Patchin Place: Musical Settings of Greenwich Village Poets’

The showcase will feature works by William Kentner Anderson, Victoria Bond, Laura Schwendinger, and Nehemiah Luckett. Vocal soloists include soprano Sharon Harms, baritone Michael Kelly, soprano Zoe Allen, and baritone Nehemiah Luckett.
The performance kicks off at 7 p.m. local time.
Bond founded the Cutting Edge Concerts in 1998. The series has presented over 300 new works by more than 200 composers. Bond is also a composer, conductor, and lecturer who has been praised for her compositions by The New York Times as “powerful, stylistically varied and technically demanding,” and her conducting has been called “impassioned” by the Wall Street Journal and “full of energy and fervor” by The New York Times.
