The West End Micro Music Festival announces its fourth season titled “REVELATIONS.”

Music Director of the Edmonton Opera, Simon Rivard leads both programs. The West End Micro Music Festival takes place at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Toronto.

“Programme I — Ecstatic Voices” features works by Cassandra Miller, Caroline Shaw, Luciano Berio,  Thomas Tallis, and Claude Vivier. Singers include Sydney Baedke, Reilly Nelson, Danika Lorèn, Whitney O’Hearn, Marcel d’Entremont, Elias Theocharidis, Bruno Roy, and Graham Robinson.

Performance Dates: November 22 & 23, 2024

Soloists in “Programme II— I Saw A New Heaven” are sopranos Reilly Nelson and Danika Lorèn. They perform works by  Sofia Gubaidulina and Kati Agócs.
