The Metropolitan Opera has announced a cast change for its production of “Madama Butterfly.” The company noted that Viktor Antipenko makes his Met debut as Pinkerton, replacing Brian Jagde.  Antipenko has performed at the Dallas Opera, the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck, Theater Chemnitz, SUGI Opera in South Korea, and a soloist at the Mariinsky Theatre.
