Sara Blanch, Gustavo Dudamel & Lucy Crowe Lead BCN Classics’ 2026-27 Season

BCN Classics has announced its 2026-27 season. Here are the vocal performances.

Gustavo Dudamel conducts the New York Philharmonic and the Orfeó Català in music by John Adams, Zosha Di Castri, and Prokófiev.

Performance Date: Oct. 12, 2026

Lucy Crowe, Carlo Vistoli, Lunga Eric Hallam and Ashley Riches join Le Concert d’Astrée and Emmanuelle Haïm  for Handel’s “Messiah.”

Performance Date: Dec. 9, 2026

The Vienna Boys Choirs perform music by ABBA, Verdi, Beethoven, Sartori, and Orff.

Performance Date: Feb. 28, 2027

Daniele Gatti conducts the Staatskapelle Dresden and Orfeó Català in Beethoven Symphony No. 8 and 9 with soloists Sara Blanch, Silvia Tro Santafé, Bernard Richter, and Christian Gerhaher.

Performance Date: May 11, 2027
