On Feb. 25, the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo is set to present Mozart and Da Ponte’s “Don Giovanni.”

The opera, written by Da Ponte, is set to open in a production by Marcelo Lombardero with an international cast that is headlined by Nahuel di Pierro in the title role.

The cast will also feature Hernán Iturralde as Leoporello, Ernesto Morillo as Il Commendatore, Oriana Favaro as Donna Anna, Pablo Martínez as Don Ottavio, Marcela Chacón as Donna Elvira, Juan David González as Masetto, Paola Leguizamón as Zerlina. José Areán is set to conduct the production with the Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá.

“Don Giovanni” is set to be performed three times and runs through Feb. 29, 2020.
