Magnus Vigilius has joined the roster of ARSIS Artists for General Management.

Vigilius is the winner of the prestigious Reumert Prize as “Singer of the Year” and a prize winner of the International Lauritz Melchior Singing Competition.

He is well-known for his celebrated portrayal of Siegfried in Wagner’s “Ring of the Nibelung,” which he has performed at the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing, La Monnaie, and at the Wagner Days in Budapest.

Over the years he has also performed at the Bayreuth Festival, Malmö Opera, Sofia Wagner Festival, Royal Danish Opera, Teatro Real in Madrid, Deutsche Oper Berlin, and Prague National Theatre, among others.

This season he performs at the Wagner Gala in Copenhagen, the Groom in Saariaho’s “Innocence,” Bacchus in “Ariadne auf Naxos” in Brussels, and Siegfried in a Ring cycle in Beijing.
