Michel Plasson Joins Do Opera

DO Opera has announced exclusive worldwide representation of conductor Michel Plasson, per an official press release.

Plasson has spent more than six decades conducting, with a career centered on the French orchestral and operatic tradition. He served as Music Director of the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, which helped shape interpretations of French repertoire for generations of musicians.

Plasson has led performances across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with a repertoire spanning Berlioz, Bizet, Gounod, Massenet, Debussy, and Ravel. His recent engagements have included appearances in China and Japan.

Plasson joins a roster of artists such as Ervin Ahmeti, Marco Berti, Guadalupe Barrientos, Olga Bezsmertna, Airam Hernandez, Anouk Deontenay, Sophie Koch, Marie Lombard, Clémentine Margaine, Vibe Rouvet, Nadja Stefanoff, and Nina Warren, among others.
