Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra is set to open its 2025 season with “Current: Reflections in Song” on Oct. 4, 2025.

The program will be headlined by John Holiday and is set to take place at Cicada Restaurant and Lounge. The program is Hollywood-inspired and combines cinematic musical language with jazz.

Holiday is renowned as a finalist for “The Voice.” The countertenor has gone on to perform at the Metropolitan Opera, Los Angeles Opera, and the National Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall, and the Barbican, among others.

The program kicks off at 7:30 but will be preceded by a swing dance lesson and followed by an after-party. Lara Downes, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra’s Creative Partner, will also headline the program.
