La Seine Musicale announces its 2026-27 season.
Here’s a look at the classical vocal works.
Bruckner’s “Motets” and Tchaikovsky’s “Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom accentus” is directed by Sigvards Kļava.
Performance Date: October 16, 2026
Cerise Calixte and Igor Bouin perform in “Cerise au pays de l’opéra.” The children’s opera features excerpts from operas by Mozart, Bizet, Offenbach, Gounod, Verdi. Amélie Parias is the stage director and librettist.

Soprano Jeanine De Bique and Apollo’s Fire led by harpsichordist Jeannette Sorrell present works by Handel, Vivaldi, Rameau, Marais, and Lully, alongside traditional Caribbean works.

Ana Vieira Leite, Chiara Skerath, William Shelton, and Pierre-Yves Cras solo in Bach’s “Magnificat.” They are joined by
accentus led by Christophe Grapperon and Insula orchestra conducted by Laurence Equilbey. A dinner with the artists is also offered.
