Opera Memphis has announced several upcoming live and free events.

First up will be “Drive Thru Arias,” a concert set to take place on April 24 from 2-4 p.m. and will feature a number of artists performing music by Puccini, Bizet, and Mozart among many others. The artists include Dane Suarez and Stephanie Doche will be joined by Philip Himebook, Desiree Soto, Marcus King, Tracy Thomas, Jake Stamatis, and Tanisha Ward.

The event will take place at the Clark Opera Memphis Center.

Additionally, there will be a performance of “Thursdays on the Plaza” slated for April 29, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. The outdoor event will feature performances by Stephanie Doch, Dane Suarez, Jake Stamatis, Tracy Thomas, and Philip Himebook and is the first of a series of similar events set to take place every Thursday until July 15, 2021.
