Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts will present the Schwab Vocal Rising Stars’ “To the Sea,” at the Rosen House Concert Series in Katonah, NY.

Set for the Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 3 p.m. at the Rosen House Music Room, the performance is curated by Artistic Director Steven Blier and developed in conjunction with the New York Festival of Song. The program explores the lure and menace of the ocean through works by Elgar, Guastavino, Rachmaninoff, Pauline Viardot, and Debussy.

This year’s Rising Stars are soprano Shiyu Zhuo, mezzo-soprano Anna Maria Vacca, tenor Nathan Romportl, and baritone Will Kim, with pianist Luis Villarreal.

Prior to the concert, on March 5 at 7 p.m., Steven Blier joins David Pogue for an evening conversation about his memoir “From Ear to Ear: A Pianist’s Love Affair with Song.”
