Lunchtime Organ Concerts with Thomas Trotter features guests such as the Lichfield Cathedral Choir, Hereford Cathedral Choir, and the Gloucester Cathedral Choir, among others.
Performance Dates: December 8 & 15, 2025 & March 23, 2026
ECHO Rising Star soprano Álfheiður Erla Guðmundsdóttir performs a concert featuring Barber’s “The Cruxifiction,” Nico Muhly’s á ég svani,” and a new ECHO commission by María Huld Markan, among others. Kunal Lahiry joins at the piano.
Performance Date: February 8, 2026
Soprano Elizabeth Watts, mezzo-soprano Hongni Wu, tenor John Findon, and bass Dingle Yandell are soloists in Beethoven’s “Symphony” No. 9. They are joined by the London Philharmonic Choir, London Chinese Philharmonic Choir led by Tan Dun.
Performance Date: March 29, 2026
Bach’s “St John Passion” is performed by tenor Sebastian Hill, bass Thomas Lowen, baritone Lawrence White, and the Ex Cathedra Choir. Jeffrey Skidmore conducts the Baroque Orchestra and Academy of Vocal Music.
