Soprano Sabina Puértolas is set to make her LIFE Victoria debut on Oct. 8, 2025.

The Spanish soprano will perform alongside pianist Rubén Fernández Aguirre in a program that features works by Emilio Arrieta, the famed composer of such zarzuelas as “Marina.

At the age of 16, Puértolas became Victoria de los Ángeles’ youngest student, and in 2023, she participated in the Gala Centenario de Victoria de los Ángeles at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. Puértolas has appeared at Teatro Real, Teatro Villamarta de Jerez, Teatro de la Zarzuela, and the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, among others.

Aguirre is a renowned pianist and collaborator with singers and has been a frequent guest at LIFE Victoria.

The program kicks off at 8 p.m. local time.
