LIFE Victoria is set to present a performance featuring mezzo-soprano Valerie Eickhoff, on May 21, 2024.

This marks the mezzo’s debut after winning the Premio Victoria de los Ángeles at the Concurso de Canto Tenor Viñas. For the occasion, she will present a program alongside pianist Eleonora Pertz that features music by Debussy, Duparc, Mahler, Britten, Korngold, and Weill.

Eickhoff is a winner of the 2022 Südwestrundfunk Junge Opernstars and has since performed with such companies as the Theater an der Wien, Bayerische Staatsoper, Royal Danish Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Deutsche Radio Philharmonie, and Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchestra in Mannheim.

Next up, she is scheduled to take on “Märchen im Grand-Hotel” at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein.
