U.K.-based Vache Baroque Festival has announced its 2022 slate which kicks off in late August.

The showcase will be headlined by a production of Charpentier’s “La descente d’Orphée aux enfers.” The opera will star Samuel Boden, Henry Waddington, Lauren Lodge-Campbell, Naho Koizumi, Katie-Louise Dobson, Lila Chrisp, Alexander Chance, lars Fischer, and Jamie Woolard.

Performance Dates: Sept. 2 & 4, 2022

“When we founded the festival in 2020, we wanted to celebrate the return of live music-making at a time when we all needed it most.
