
The Gerda Lissner Foundation & WQXR to Stream Concerts from Indiana University & Bard College Conservatory Starring Lawrence Brownlee & Stephanie Blythe
By David SalazarThe Gerda Lissner Foundation is teaming up with WQXR to stream two more concerts from major conservatories around the country.
First up, on Nov. 10, 2025, the organization will showcase a concert starring tenor Lawrence Brownlee at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. The tenor will perform pianist Kevin Murphy as well as soprano Yoori Choi, tenor Jonathan Elmore, bass-baritone Sunghoon Han, baritone Haocheng Li, and soprano Virginia Mims.
A few days later, the company streams a concert from Bard College Conservatory. That showcases mezzo-soprano and Artistic Director Stephanie Blythe alongside pianist Ryan MacEvoy McCullough, Associate Director Kayo Iwama, and Bard Graduate Vocal Arts Program artists. The program features works by Kurt Weill, Henri Duparc, and Arnold Schoenberg, with performances by soprano Michael Adams, soprano Lucy Fitz Gibbon, tenor Evan Katsefes, and tenor Benjamin Truncale.
Both concerts will stream on WQXR’s official YouTube channel.
