
The Crossing to Present World Premiere in February

The concert on Feb. 7 will feature the world premiere of Sebastian Currier’s “Mysterium” and the North American premiere of Linda Catlin Smith’s “Folio.”
The works explore profound themes, with “Mysterium” examining life’s fleeting nature through juxtaposed texts, while Folio draws on fragments of writings by Emily Dickinson.
The performance also includes selections from Robert Convery’s “Voyages,” adding depth and context to this innovative concert.
The will take place at Chestnut Hill.
Other concerts will showcase The Crossing at the University of Iowa and Drake University.
