
Teodor Doré to Debut at Carnegie Hall
By David SalazarPianist, composer, and artistic director Teodor Doré is set to make his Carnegie Hall debut on Jan. 29, 2025.
The showcase, which will also feature soprano Anastasiya Roytman, among other instrumental soloists, will feature the works of Rachmaninoff. At the core of the program will be the first piano trio rendition of the Suite in D Minor and several transcriptions of the composer’s work by Doré himself.
Finally, Doré will present some of his own compositions in the second half of the show.
Roytman is a Ukrainian soprano who has performed with such organizations as the Kaliningrad Philharmonia Orchestra, Bolshoi Theatre, Lyrique-en-Mer Festival, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Munich Philharmonic, South Bohemian Theater, and Český Krumlov Open-Air Festival. She is also recognized as an Artist Ambassador for the Opus 1 Foundation due to her humanitarian work.
