Teatro San Carlo Announces New Chorus Master

The company’s superintendent Carlo Fuortes took to social media to announce the news that Andrés Máspero will be the new chorus master starting in the 2023-24 Season.
Máspero has worked with the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires and the Dallas Opera as well as Gran Teatre del Liceu de Barcelona, Oper Frankfurt, and the Bayerische Staatsoper de Múnich. His most recent post was at the Teatro Real de Madrid.
The Teatro San Carlo is set to open its new season with a production of Puccini’s “Turandot” starring Sondra Radvanovsky and Yusif Eyvazov.
