The Teatro San Carlo has announced a cast change for “Attila.”

The company said, “We inform our audience that, due to a sudden illness of Sondra Radvanovsky,  the role of Odabella in the production of Attila by Giuseppe Verdi, scheduled, in concert version, on 2025 April 24 and 27, will be performed by Anna Pirozzi.”

Pirozzi has performed Odabella in “Atilla” at Teatro Real and is known for her interpretations of the Verdi repertoire, performing such works as Il Trovatore,” “La Forza del Destino,” Un Ballo un Maschera, “Don Carlo,” and “Nabucco.”

She is set to join a cast that includes Giorgi Manoshvili, Ernesto Petti, and Luciano Ganci. Diego Ceretta conducts.
