The Teatro Regio di Parma, Italy has announced the Accademia del Teatro Regio di Parma.

The theater announced the creation of the academy to form professionals in the creative industries of fashion, cinema, theater, television and advertising. The first course announced will be dedicated to fashion.

The Academy will open on Nov. 3 and it will be geared at professionals who have high school diplomas or professional qualifications. Applicants must be 35 or younger.

In a press release director Ana Maria Meo said, “In this time of uncertainty, it is important to look at the future and look at projects for the upcoming generation.”

The academy will take place at the Teatro Regio in Parma and it will be reserved for 14 participants. Candidates will be selected on Sept. 3 and 4, 2020 with applications due on July 28, 2020.
