Teatro Grattacielo and Camerata Bardi International Academy, in collaboration with the Rhodes International Festival and the City of Rhodes, Greece, will present Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” on September 6-7 at the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights.

The production will star Johan Watzke, Rick Agster, Valerio Morelli, Stephanie Lorenz, Diego Valdez, Lisa Algozzini, Konstantinos Palaiologou, and Clara Luz Iranzo. Cristina Lambiris will have a non-singing role.

The play is set in the 1980s and 1990s in a production directed by Teatro Gratacielo artistic director Stefanos Koroneos. Set and costumes are designed by Tasos Protopsaltou with lighting designed by Emorfili Tsimplidou. The production will also include visual elements by Lolita Valderrama.

The opera will be performed in an adaptation for chamber orchestra under the musical direction of Alkis Baltas.
