North/South Consonance will present “Open Borders” on June 4, 2019 at Christ & St. Stephen’s Church in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Conductor Max Lifchitz will lead the North/South Consonance Ensemble through a performance of music by composers hailing from the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil.
