Semperoper Dresden Announces Cast Change For ‘Le Nozze Di Figaro’

The Semperoper Dresden has announced a cast change for Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro.” The company announced that Gabriela Scherer will sing Contessa d’Almaviva in the performance “Le Nozze di Figaro” on Oct.5,  replacing Ute Selbig. Scherer studied at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria and completed her studies attending masterclasses with Angelika Kirchschlager, Francisco Araiza, and Barbara Fink. The soprano recently {…}
