St. Pete Opera to Present ‘Lucia di Lammermoor’

St. Pete Opera is set to present Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor.”

The production, which opens on June 7, 2024, runs through June 11 and will feature Chelsea Lehnea in the title role. She is joined by Ben Werley as Edgardo, Kyle Oliver as Enrico, and Andrew Allan Hiers as Raimondo. Other cast members include Chris Romeo, Jordan Blair, and Kevin D. Mitchell, Jr.

The opera will be conducted by Mark Sforzini with Grant Preisser directing.

There will be a total of three performances at the Palladium Theater and there will also be a “Mornings with Maestro” event on May 31 specifically on the Donizetti classic. The opera will have a run time of two hours and 45 minutes with a 20-minute intermission.
