Despite sanctions imposed by Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Anna Netrebko will continue performing in Vienna.  According to Manager Miguel Esteban, the Austrian-Russian soprano will not comment on the sanctions and the action will not affect her upcoming performances. Russian-Austrian soprano Anna Netrebko has been sanctioned by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The soprano was one of 119 individuals sanctioned, most of them Russian show-business and film stars as well as media personalities.
