Saioa Hernández Signs with Art&Music

Soprano Saioa Hernández has signed with Art&Music for worldwide representation.

The Spanish soprano is a leading voice in theaters such as Teatro Real, Wiener Staatsoper, Teatro alla Scala di Milano, Berliner Staatsoper, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Sidney Opera House, Opera de Paris, and Bayerische Staatsoper. In 2022, she opened the season at the Paris National Opera with “Tosca” directed by Gustavo Dudamel.

She has numerous recordings and live performances on TV and in cinemas, including “Attila” at the Teatro alla Scala, “La Gioconda” at Gran Teatre del Liceu de Barcelona, and “Nabucco” from Festival Verdi di Parma, to name a few. Hernández’s featured repertoire includes “Francesca da Rimini,” “Madama Butterfly,” “La Gioconda,” “Norma,” and more. She also frequently performs Zarzuela and Spanish operas.

The late Montserrat Caballé, with whom she studied, defined Hernández as “the diva of our century.” Saioa Hernandez also trained with tenor Santiago Calderón, Renata Scotto, and tenor Francesco Pio Galasso.
