Pittsburgh Festival Opera Unveils 2020 Young Artists Program Participants

The Pittsburgh Festival Opera has unveiled its 2020 Young Artists Program.

The program has been revamped to include singers, pianists, and stage directors.

The Young Artists include soprano Maureen Brabec, soprano  Natalie Marie Butchko, mezzo-soprano Autumn Capocci, mezzo-soprano Sadie Cheslak, soprano Lindsey Chinn, soprano Anissa Clay, stage director George Cole, soprano Jessica Crowell, tenor Brent Doucette, mezzo-soprano Taylor-Alexis DuPont, soprano Megan Jones, pianist Sky Hanuel Lee, stage director Lauren Lenz, baritone Matthew Maisano, bass-baritone Dorian McCall, tenor Myles Pinder, soprano Emily Roberts, and soprano Schyler Sheltrown.

This group will join forces over a five-week intensive program to work alongside world-class opera practitioners as they prepare concert and recital work as well as a fully-staged production of Mark Adamo’s “Lysistratra”” under the direction of Robert Frankenberry.
