Sweden’s Opera på Skäret has announced the full cast for its production of “Turandot.”

Puccini’s final opera takes the stage with two casts from July 26 through August 24, 2025. In the title role will be Lucyna Jarzabek and Léa Bianco Chinto. As Calaf audiences will see Errin Duane Brooks and James Lee. Kseniya Bakhritdinova-Kravchuk and Lilla Horti alternate as Liù, while Staffan Liljas and Youngkug Jin will play both Timur and A Mandarin. Ping, Pong, and Pang are reserved for Anton Eriksson, Alexander Grove, and Hwapyeong Gwon. Finally, Thomas Bärlin and Samuel Karlberg will share the role of the Emperor.

The famed opera will be directed by Lev Pugliese with Lorenzo Coladonato conducting the Swedish Chamber Orchestra.

In sum, there will be 13 performances.

The cast was selected from an audition process that featured 500-600 applicants, per an official press release issued by the organization.
