Opera Fuoco Announces Anniversary Celebration Concert at Théâtre des Champs-Élysées

France’s Opera Fuoco is set to present a 20-year anniversary concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées on April 9, 2024 at 8 p.m. local time.

Led by music director David Stern, the program will feature both current and former artists of the ensemble. Among the artists featured are Karine Deshayes, Axelle Fanyo, Cyrielle N’Djiki Nya, Vannina Santoni, Chantal Santon Jeffery, Adèle Charvet, Natalie Pérez, Léo Vermot-Desroches, and Olivier Gourdy. They will be accompanied by the Orchestre Opera Fuoco.

The program includes works by Marcello, Telemann, Händel, Haydn, Mozart, Mayr, Gounod, Rossini, Bellini, and Offenbach.

Throughout the years, Opera Fuoco has performed throughout the Parisian region, while also maintaining a residency at the Opéra de Massy as well as concerts at the Philharmonie de Paris and Théâtre des Champs Élysées. The organization has also appeared at festivals in Germany, Austria, Sweden, and China.

The April concert will be presented in collaboration with Les Grand Voix. In addition to celebrating the 20th anniversary of the company, the event will also spotlight the 15th anniversary of the Atelier Lyrique Opera Fuoco.
