On Oct. 21, the stage of the Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito will host a new edition of the Gala of Great Performers, presented by the non-profit organizations Fundación Sinfonía and Fundación Amigos del Teatro Nacional, in tribute to the late patron Margarita Copello de Rodríguez.

The gala will feature American soprano Nadine Sierra and Spanish tenor Xabier Anduaga alongside the Dominican National Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of maestro José Antonio Molina.

They will perform operatic masterpieces, zarzuela highlights, and musical theater favorites.

Anduaga and Sierra have performed together on numerous occasions, including at the Teatro Real de Madrid and Gran Teatre del Liceu, and are set to open a new production of “La Sonnambula” at the Metropolitan Opera.
