Nadine Sierra, Jennifer Zetlan, Eve Gigliotti Headline ‘From Canon to Creation: A Celebration of Mannes Opera’

Mannes School will present “From Canon to Creation: A Celebration of Mannes Opera” on Oct. 15, 2025.

The program will feature music by Bellini, Ruth Crawford Seeger, Gounod, Puccini, Guang Ruo, Sarah Kirkland Snider, David T. Little, Korngold, Dvorak, and Cerrone, among others.

Nadine Sierra will headline the showcase alongside Ruijia Dong, David Kahng, Jennifer Zetlan, Hannah Cho, Yulin Wang, Adrinelle Chiesa, Eve Gigliotti, Daria Tereshchenko, Sean Seungho Cha, Bryan Wagorn, and Cris Frisco.

The event is hosted by William Burden, Amy Burton, Cris Frisco, Emma Griffin, David T. Little, and Laquita Mitchell.

The event is sponsored by The Gerda Lissner Foundation and the Lissner Charitable Fund, Karl Michaelis. It will be broadcast by WQXR.
