The Metropolitan Opera has announced a 2020 Holiday Gift Guide for audiences to enjoy opera throughout the coming months.

In a press release the company said, “Despite the cancellation of the 2020–21 season due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there are a variety of ways to enjoy the Met during the holidays and to give the gift of opera.”

The Met will continue to offer its digital nightly streams and is also offering gift cards and tickets for the groundbreaking Met Stars Live in Concert series of pay-per-view performances. The Met Opera Shop will also offer exclusive gifts this holiday season, including gift cards, CDs, and apparel. The company will also reveal its new 2021 calendar and a new Cityscape Collection.

The Metropolitan Opera’s live in concert series continues on Nov. 21 with a recital featuring Sonya Yoncheva and will be followed by performances by Angel Blue and Bryn Terfel.
