Master Chorale of South Florida Names New Associate Conductor

Master Chorale of South Florida has named Brock Burbach to the position of Associate Conductor.

Burbach joined the Master Chorale of South Florida in 2023 as a tenor.

A major participant in South Florida’s music scene since 2010, Burbach has served as the Director of Choral and Vocal Activities at Broward College, where he oversees the vocal program and directs all choirs. He has conducted choirs in music by Mozart, Fauré, Schubert, Haydn, Vivaldi, and Handel.

The organization recently announced its 2024-25 season which will feature six programs taking place between October and May 2025. The season opens on Oct. 26 with Holst’s “The Planets” alongside the New World Symphony.
