Manhattan School Of Music Reopens to the Public

By Francisco Salazar

The Manhattan School of Music has reopened its College Division performance season to public audiences.

The conservatory reopened on Nov. 11, for the first time since March 2020 when performances were suspended due to the pandemic. The school had been performing but only to MSM’s on-campus community.

With the reopening to the public, MSM will require all visitors to show both proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and valid photo identification before being allowed admittance to the campus. Masks will also be worn in all performance venues and elsewhere on campus in accordance with the School’s current policies.

The Manhattan School of Music is scheduled to perform throughout the month of November in orchestral concerts as well as recitals and masterclasses.
