The Baltic Opera Festival has announced its 2024 season lineup.

Liudmyla Monastyrska and Rafał Siwek perform the lead roles in “Turandot.” Keri-Lynn Wilson conducts the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra. Waldemar Zawodziński directs.

Performance Dates: July 20 & 25, 2024 (Forest Opera in Sopot)

Natalia Babińska’s production of Engelbert Humperdinck, “Hansel and Gretel” is next. The cast will be announced at a later date.

Performance Dates: July 21, 2024 (Baltic Opera in Gdansk)

Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 9” is presented by soloists Izabela Matuła, Małgorzata Walewska, Piotr Buszewski, and Tomasz Konieczny. They are joined by the Choir of the Podlachian Opera and Philharmonic and the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra conducted by Keri-Lynn Wilson.

Performance Dates: July 23, 2024 (Crist Shipyard, Gdynia)

Wagner’s “The Flying Dutchman” stars Rafał Siwek, Vida Mikneviciute, Dominik Sutowicz, Małgorzata Walewska, Rafał Bartmiński, and Tomasz Konieczny. Yaroslav Shemet conducts and Barbara Wiśniewska directs.

Performance Dates: July 24, 2024 (Forest Opera in Sopot)
