Lincoln Center Unveils 2025-26 Season

The Lincoln Center announces its 2025-26 season.

Countertenor Key’mon Murrah makes his Lincoln Center debut in the world premiere of a one-of-a-kind theatrical recital from James Blaszko.

Performance Date: October 23, 2025


Lincoln Center Visionary Artist, Jeanine Tesori leads “Come & Sing,” a participatory community choir. The event is curated by Tesori with The Metropolitan Opera.

Performance Date: October 26, 2025


Jeanine Tesori and Tazewell Thompson are joined by author Susan Sturm (“What Might Be: Confronting Racism to Transform Our Institutions”) and poet Bryonn Bain for an interactive exploration of bridge-building across divides, inspired by the opera “Blue.” The evening will include performances of a selection from Bain’s multimedia theatrical production  Lyrics  from  Lockdown, excerpts from  Blue, and a reading and book signing by Sturm.

Performance Date: November 7, 2025


Jeanine Tesori’s “Blue” is presented in collaboration with Lincoln Center Theater and The Metropolitan Opera.

Performance Date: November 15, 2025


The Philip Glass Ensemble performs Glass’ “Songs from Liquid Days.”

Performance Date: January 25, 2026


Jeanine Tesori’s “Violet” is next. This performance will be presented in American Sign Language (ASL) by a full Deaf Broadway cast and accompanied by the original Broadway cast album.

Performance Date: March 20, 2026


The Lincoln Center Visionary Artists Jeanine Tesori, Anne Kauffman, and Teneisha Duggan bring their ongoing Cast Album Project (CAP) to The Appel Room. CAP spotlights culturally significant musicals by historically marginalized artists that have faded from public memory. The project celebrates these works and their creators by producing live-session cast recordings—sharing them with a new generation of audiences.
