The concert will be headlined by tenor Lawrence Brownlee, who will be joined by the Dallas Opera Orchestra, the Dallas Street Choir, and other major opera stars including soprano Pretty Yende, tenor Xabier Anduaga, baritone Lucas Meachem, bass-baritone Mark S. Doss, and bass Adam Lau.

The concert will also feature a pre-performance and post-performance showcase by the Booker T. Washington Jazz Chamber Ensemble.

The first half of the concert will feature the Dallas Opera Orchestra under the music direction of 2015 Hart Institute for Women Conductors alumna Stephanie Rhodes Russell. For the second half, pianist Kevin Miller will take over to accompany the artists in a wide range of repertory that includes spirituals.
