
Jonathan Tetelman Jumps in for Joseph Calleja for Nacionaline Philharmonija Concert

The Nacionaline Filharmonija of Vilnius, Lithuania has announced a cast change for its closing concert on June 20, 2025.
The organization revealed that tenor Jonathan Tetelman will headline the concert, taking over for an ill Joseph Calleja. The program, conducted by Modestos Pitrėnas, will feature music by Puccini, Massenet, Sibelius, Ponchielli, Tosti, and Lara.
The concert kicks off at 7 p.m. local time and has a duration of approximately two hours.
Following this performance, Tetelman is slated to perform in concert alongside the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle Hamburg. Then he heads to the Bayerische Staatsoper and the Munich Opera Festival for “Cavalleria Rusticana.” From there, he heads to Berlin for “Werther” at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, before performing “The Way to Freedom” at the Gstaad Menuhin Festival. His fall season then commences with “Tosca” at the Wiener Staatsoper.
