The International Singing Competition of Teatro Lirico Sperimentale has announced its dates and jury.

The 79th edition of the competition will take place between Feb. 19-22, 2025 at the Teatro Caio Melisso of Spoleto.

The jury will feature chairperson Donato Renzetti (conductor), alongside Mr. Andrea De Amici (artist manager), Mr. Enrico Girardi (Teatro Lirico Sperimentale artistic director), Mr. Giancarlo Landini (music critic) and Ms. Carmela Remigio (soprano).

The competition is open to sopranos and tenors younger than 32 years of age as of Jan. 1, 202,5, and to altos, basses, and baritones under the age of 34 as of Jan. 1, 2025. Applicants must also be citizens of one of the 27 European Union countries, or from other countries specified on the organization’s website.
