Hilbert Artists Management has announced Patrick Esser as the new Managing Director, effective Oct. 1, 2025.

Esser has worked with the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, Zurich and Leipzig Operas, and the Bayerische Staatsoper and Berlin State Opera.

In a statement, the management company said, “With Patrick Esser, we are gaining a young, creative, and forward-thinking colleague with a keen eye for exceptional artists. During his time in Baden-Baden, he paved the way for promising talents to shine on the big stage. With clear vision, enthusiasm, and determination, he will join us in writing inspiring new chapters for our artists.”
