Here are the Vocal / Opera Performances on Offer at Musikfestpiele Potsdam Sanssouci’s 2025 Season

The Musikfestpiele Potsdam is set to open a production of “Orlando Generoso” as well as several other vocal offerings at its 2025 edition.
Soprano Jehann Amzal, mezzo-soprano Emilie Rnard, tenor and conductor Reinourd van Mechelen, and bass-baritone Damien Pass headline a Telemann and Rameau program alongside A Nocte Temporis.
Performance Dates: June 21, 2025
“Orlando Generoso,” an opera by Agostino Steffani, will star Terry Wey, Hélène Walter, Natalia Kawalek, Shira Patchornik, Morten Grove Frandsen, Sreten Manojlovic, and Gabriel Diaz. Dorothee Oberlinger conducts a production directed by Jean Renshaw.
Performance Dates: June 23 – 27, 2025
There will also be a Monteverdi Program featuring the B’ROCK Vocal Consort and the B’ROCK Orchestra.
Performance Date: June 25, 2025
“Didone Abbandonata” by Baldassare Galuppi will star Natalie Pérez, Federic Florio, Alexandra Tarniceru, Joshua Sanders, Carlota Colombo, and Filippo Mineccia. Ulises Illán will conduct the performance.
