- Over 64,000 spectators
- Over 37,000 seats filled in operas and at concerts in July
- Over 27,000 attendees at free Festival event
- 2,970 seats sold to people under 30
- Six percent increase from 2024
Performances
- Five operas staged, including two world premieres
- Two operas in concert
- 12 concerts and recitals
Ticket Sales
- 39 percent of tickets (12,209 tickets) sold for under 60€
Youth Rate
- More than 2,313 reduced price tickets sold
- 260 young people took part in Jakub Józef Orliński’s recital at the special rate of €8
- Over 657 tickets were issued through the Opera ON program
Partnerships & Community Events
- Three shows co-produced with the Fondation LUMA, les Chorégies d’Orange, le Grand Théâtre de Provence
- Four collaborations with the Opéra Grand Avignon, la Maîtrise des Bouches-du-Rhône, l’Abbaye de Silvacane, l’Opéra de Toulon
- 10 concerts and opera performances in Arles, La Roque d’Anthéron, Orange, Pertuis, Venelles and Vauvenargues
- 11 free opera screenings in 11 towns in the PACA Region
- 27 Préludes to opera performances
- More than 4,000 participants in opera awareness-raising activities
- 72 behind-the-scenes visits to the Festival at Théâtre de l’Archevêché and Grand Théâtre de Provence
- Opéra ON counted 779 registrations
Artistic Residencies
- Over 400 hours of residencies
- 150 young people, adults and senior citizens took part in reflection and analysis sessions, as well as writing, singing and directing workshops inspired by Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” and Bizet’s “Carmen”
- 16 artists took part in Opera Makers meetings as part of the Festival’s Professional Days
- 16 artists from previous Académie residencies were programmed in this year’s Festival opera productions
- Three artists from this year’s residency performed in “Billy Budd”
Professional Days
- Rencontres Opera Makers organized by the Académie featured 16 artists of 13 different nationalities and
34 professionals of different nationalities
