Elisabeth Stevens to Headline ‘Les Nuits d’Été’ With Mini Masterworks
By David SalazarMini Masterworks is set to present Berlioz’s “Les Nuits d’Été” in New York.
The ensemble will feature soloist Elisabeth Stevens as they take the work to St. John’s in the Village on Sept. 30, 2023; a Private Residence in The Sheffield on Oct. 7; and to Madison Avenue Baptist Church on Oct. 14, 2023.
Stevens has appeared with such organizations as Metropolitan Opera, Academy of Music in Philadelphia, and Teatro Verdi di Sassari, among others and has performed on world stages in Italy, France, China, Austria and the U.S. She is also the author of “Perfect Practice: A Journal for Singers.”
The concert program will also feature the overture from Rossini’s “Barber of Seville” and Beethoven’s Third Symphony.
