Claire Lefilliâtre & David Tricou Highlight Broadcast From Musée du Louvre

The Musée du Louvre has announced an upcoming series of concerts to be broadcast from its auditorium.

The first such concert, entitled “Exoticism in French and European music in the seventeen century,” will showcase soprano Claire Lefilliâtre, tenors David Tricou and Serge Goubioud, and bass Geoffroy Buffière.

Vincent Dumestre will conduct his Poème Harmonique in a program featuring excerpts from works by Jean-Baptiste Lully, Charles Tessier, Étienne Moulinié and Joseph-Marie Amiot.

The concert will be held without an audience, in accordance with official COVID-19 safety regulations.

The showcase will be available for viewing on Jan. 13, 2021, at 12:30 P.M CET, on the Musée du Louvre’s official YouTube Channel.
