The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia is set to present a concert featuring soprano Beatriz Díaz.

This concert highlights the works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven. Soprano Beatriz Díaz serves as soloist in Mozart’s “Misera, dove son!” and Beethoven’s “Ah! perfidious!” Salvador Vázquez conducts the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia.

Vázquez is the head of the Córdoba Orchestra. He is known for bringing a special sensitivity to this lyrical and symphonic program. Later this season he will conduct “Carmen” at Teatro de la Maestranza and “Acis and Galatea” in Málaga.

This program is presented in part of the Víctor Villegas Auditorium’s “Symphony Series.” The concert will be held at the Auditorium in Murcia on April 30, at 8 p.m.
