Barcelona’s BCN Classics has announced its 2022-23.

For the purposes of this article, our focus will be solely on vocal performances; in the case of this festival, there is just one.

Claus Peter Flor conducts the Coro and Orquesta Sinfónica de Milán with Carmela Remigio, Anna Bonitatibus, Carlo Allemanno, and Fabrizio Beggi in Verdi’s Requiem.

The season will also include soloists Yo-Yo Ma, Kathryn Stott, Yuja Wang, Pablo Sainz Villegas, Denis Kozhukhin, and Evgeny Kissin. There will also be such star conductors as Phillippe Herreweghe, Santtu-Matias Rouvali, Zubin Mehta, Marco Fiorini, and Alain Altinoglu.
