Pacific Northwest Opera will open its 2026-27 season with Donizetti’s “Don Pasquale.”

The production opens on Oct. 30, 2026 and runs through Nov. 8 for a total of four performances at McIntyre Hall in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Andy Papas sings the title role with Mark Davies as Doctor Malatesta, Ethyl Trujillo as Norina (in her company debut), and Ganson Salmon also debuts as Ernesto. Boyd Schlaefer plays Carlino.

Mitchell Kahn, the company’s General and Artistic Director, directs the production and Jonathan Khuner, the company’s Music Director, conducts.
