Andrea Bocelli is set to drop two more opera recordings on Apple Music.

The tenor recently released a recording of “Lucia di Lammermoor” under the musical direction of Andriy Yurkevych and the Orchestra del Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova. That recording dates from Bocelli’s debut as Edgardo in the opera back in 2018. He stars alongside Zuzana Marková who takes on the title role and Stefano Antonucci and Mariano Buccino.

That will be followed up by the Sept. 15, 2023 release of “La Forza del Destino.” Bocelli will be joined by Dinara Alieva, Dario Russo, Simone Piazzola, Anna Maria Chiuri, Tiziano Tassi, Carlo Lepore, and Riccardo Zanellato. Valerio Galli conducts the Orchestra del Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova.

Bocelli recently released a recording of “Otello” starring Marina Rebeka as Desdemona and Massimo Cavalletti as Iago. It also featured the Orchestra del Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, this time under the musical direction of Steven Mercucio.
